A Scouts Honour

Hi there Everyone

Hope you are having a good day. Here in the UK we are finally starting to see the signs of spring as my daffodils are peeping out… Few more weeks and they should be open and in their full glory.  Its been such a long winter I truly can’t wait for spring to arrive.

I have a new collection in my store specially requested by a valued customer :)  A scouts Honour is a gorgeous collection for your little boy and girl scouts.  There is a full UK and US version of the collection.

The collection is themed around the great outdoors with a lot of use of natural type elements such as rope and wood.  I had so much fun making the rope words and flowers.  The collection contains 20 papers, a full alpha, loads of original elements – 73 elements in total, including 20 rope word art and a full set of either UK or US scouts in a variety of skin shades.  Perfect to scrap all those special moments your little ones experience in the world of Scouting.

Been poorly :(

Since the start of this year, as a family we have been poorly :(  Its been one germ or bug after another.  From colds, coughs, sneezes, to ear infections, infatigo and tonsillitus.  I had just thought the end was in sight and everyone was on the mend when blow me down we got hit by another bad cold virus.  To top it all off I have also had Blephritis for the last 3 weeks.  I've had it before.  Its a chronic condition which causes swelling of the eyelids.  I think its caused by the long hard winter and too much central heating indoors and the heater on in the car.   Luckily it is treatable and my eyes seem to be mending nicely. I only seem to get an outbreak every couple of years too... so hopefully that's it now for a couple more :)
This means I've been able to manage and finish off my latest collection which will be in the store this Sunday.  Entitled Scouts honour it is a collection about Scouting requested by a customer.  It will be available in both a UK and USA format.  Here is a sneek peak for you...

February 2011 Blog Train Blog

Hi there everyone!!! Welcome to the February 2011 Blog Train Blog.  One of the largest blog trains in the Scrapbooking community!  The Theme this month is my hearts dream… With lots of glitter, bling, hearts and romantic elements and papers it is perfect for this time of year for scrapping about the people in our lives we love or reminiscing over our first love, first date etc…
Please note my part of the blog train is up but some of my fellow designers on this blog train live in different time zones so theirs may not be up until late on February 1st.  Just be patient and check back again… this is truly a global community!

Welcome to my Creative Team and Cookie Mama

Hi there everyone. As promised today I want to announce my amazingly talented creative team for Four Little Pixels :) You may recall that I did the Creative Team Call before Christmas and the response from very talented digital artists was amazing. These 6 ladies really shone as being highly creative and when you see what they have been doing with my latest products I think you will undoubtedly agree :)

So a very big and heartfelt welcome on board ladies :) I am so looking forward to working with each of you :)

Some of you will know that I have 4 little pixels: Hollie, Kayleigh, Archie and Harley. The younger ones love to do baking and it is something we like to do regularly. Its huge fun (although the mess does take sometime to clear away when we are finished). We often end up with far too many cupcakes etc to eat but they enjoy it so much its all good:)
